CareZone ships international orders from our fulfillment center in Saudi Arabia using DHL Express.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 3–5 business days

  • United Arab Emirates: 2–3 business days

  • Other international destinations: delivery estimates are displayed at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to the total package weight and destination. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped. Customers can use this number to track their shipment through DHL Express.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Customers are also responsible for confirming that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. CareZone is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.

For damaged shipments, please provide clear photos of the product and shipping package within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
